Loose Ends - [Jaysanityy]

17 year old up and coming Maryland artist Jaysanityy has been on my radar for a little while now since dropping his impressive 2021 project No More Flowers For Remedy. Recently the Columbia native returned with his most recent single Loose Ends, which has been one of my favorite songs I’ve heard from the budding artist. Jaysanityy has displayed drop after drop his ability to float over every beat, and the sample ringing throughout the background of this one paired alongside Jay’s nonchalant flow makes for a great listen, letting any listener get lost in the many layers of this track. 

It’s rare to find an upcoming artist as consistent as Jaysanityy has been in recent years, delivering a few projects and many singles over the last couple years, showing off a new skill set with each one. Recently he seems to have found his stride in this abstract rap lane, and I’m definitely looking forward to hearing him continue to grow and find his sound with every drop. Loose Ends has been one of my favorite new finds of the year so far, so make sure to check out the track below.
