Ajna Releases Insightful New Single “Just a Man”

Westside LA native Ajna released his second track of 2022 titled Just A Man. Just a Man is a thought provoking track that details the trials and  tribulations of being a man in everyday society. From people double crossing you to half of your self worth being tied in your net worth.  Being a man in modern society is a daunting challenge that you have to be ready to face and not back down from. A Lot of the mental anguish that comes from men today deals with not having an outlet to express their emotions and he expresses this in the first line of the track saying “Always say what I feel like they understand”.  Ajna addresses the fact that even though we lose people on our journeys as men we will always have our day one bros “ I might of lost my girl but I got my bros” who will support him through  these trials and tribulations. At the 2 minute mark in the track the beats switches to a faster bpm and Ajna words puts the listener in a trance as he gives himself a motivational ode to keep pushing  forward, fighting his demons and becoming the best version of himself.

The inspirational track is reminiscent of the likes of early J.Cole, Cozz, Kota The Friend, Lute and others who are in the space of inspirational hip-hop. This space is the origins of hip- hop and is very refreshing to hear in today's oversaturated market. Listen to the track below
