Kota the Friend Releases Lead Single “Good Friday”

Brooklyn native Kota the Friend is back with the lead single off his upcoming project “Memo” titled “Good Friday”. Kota had referred to memo as his “most important work to date”, and this track is definitely living up to that expectation. The heartfelt and honest lyrics spread through the song is what Kota fans have always come to him for, from the inspirational hooks and personal interludes, this track is truly back to the basics for Kota and definitely makes me excited about the direction he’s heading in ahead of this project. 

Kota’s been on a steady incline since the release of his debut project “Anything” and seeing the anticipation for this next album has really shown his growth.
